If you have attended hospital or an urgent care clinic:

In these circumstances your GP or the Emergency physician may recommend a follow up appointment with your paediatrician. Please ensure that correspondence/discharge summaries are also sent to Seachange Paediatrics so that your doctor is aware of the issue and suggested management plan.

Communication with our doctors

If you have concerns or issues, please feel free to email us admin@seachangepaeds.com.au regarding your query/concern.  This email will be reviewed and if clinical, forwarded to your doctors.  Our doctors are unlikely to reply via email due to complexity of concerns and the importance of a discussion. Based on your concern, your doctor may request another appointment or Telehealth consultation.  We aim to accommodate requests within 2 weeks.  More urgent requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Our reception staff cannot offer clinical advice.

Please be aware that our doctors are in rooms on certain days. They are also unavailable when on annual leave or when the clinic is closed for periods during the year, such as public holidays or over the Christmas/New Year period.
